the Grillroom, the combination of generous and appealing
foods, magical surroundings and attentive service
has the kind of alchemy that turns ordinary events
into extraordinary occasions. In your home or other
venue it's an equally custom experience. Whether
you're hosting an intimate dinner or a gala affair,
nothing is pre-produced and you won't find a chafing
dish in sight. Menus are customized, food is grilled
to order and served upon request.

Wedding
An intimate storybook setting for the ultimate celebration, and as far a cry
from a catering hall as you can imagine. Whether simple or lavish, traditional
or unconventional, large or small, each wedding is highly personal, inspired
by the individual style of the bride and groom, and produced with infinite thoughtfulness
and care.
Archbishop's
Room
At
once a "see and be seen" vantage
point and a celestial experience, the inspired
Archbishop's
room features a gilt mirrored Tiepolo ceiling
dancing with cherubs. It's like celebrating a
special occasion
in a venerable palazzo in Florence or Venice.

Gallery
The
soaring beauty of this gracious and light-filled
space offers views of the canal. While ideal for
larger gatherings, its side-by-side banquette seating
and handsome Titian-inspired mural are so seductive
they have inspired at least three marriage proposals
(that we know of.)

Delaware Room
A dramatic homage to Bucks County painter Edward
Hicks, the Delaware Room boasts a panoramic mural
inspired
by his Peaceable Kingdom series. With its cozy fireplace,
rustic post and beam ceiling, beaded board walls
and special amenities, it offers a private restaurant
within
a restaurant.

Courtyard
James Beard once said about eating out of doors, "All
it takes is the right state of mind and a place to
settle.” The American icon of fine dining would
have loved our flower bedecked Courtyard. Marrying
the indoor elegance of crystal and crisp linens with
the outdoor charm of a fountain and candlelight view
of the canal, it offers a setting that your guests
won't soon forget.

Grillroom
Literally a "smoke and mirrors" experience,
the reflected warmth, crackle and alluring aroma of
wood smoke from a glowing open grill welcomes and warms.
A glistening and bountiful display of meats, iced seafood
and seasonal produce speaks to the absolute freshness
of ingredients.
